Two teens were arrested and charged with burglaries that occurred in East Penn Township, Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said a 16-year-old male juvenile from Lehighton and a 19-year-old male from Jim Thorpe, who police declined to identify, have been charged with two break-ins that occurred along Sam Brooke Circle. The entries occurred overnight of Aug. 20-21.

Fourteen items were taken including a television, iPadMini 3, iPhone SE, Dr. Dre Beats headphones and bluetooth, two laptops, Under Armour bakcpack, X Box One, a diamond stud earring, drone with camera, and $1,000 in cash. A bedroom window screen valued at $20 was damaged.
