The Weatherly Festival boasts one of the most varied food menus of any event in the area. And this year, improved parking means it’s easier than ever to check it out.

The sixth annual Weatherly Festival will take place 5-9 p.m. Friday and noon-9 p.m. Saturday at Eurana Park.

Music will be provided by Mystery City Friday night, and North of 40 Saturday night.

For the first time, the ballpark at Eurana Park will be used for parking (weather permitting), meaning visitors shouldn’t have to look for parking on the street surrounding the festival.

The food available at the festival includes fresh-cut fries, meatball subs, potato cakes, funnel cakes, hamburgers, halupki soup, penny candy, waffles and ice cream, beef and cheddar in the beer tent, pulled pork, walking tacos, chicken fingers, lobster bisque, sausage sandwiches and root beer floats. Popcorn and snow cones are free.

There will be free blood pressure checks, 25-cent moon bounce rides and bingo (Saturday only), kids games and crafts.

Vendors include Thirty-One, Scentsy, makeup, jewelry, woodwork crafts, bake sales and wine bottle art.
