The theft of jewelry and suboxone from a home in Ross Township is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The incident happened between 11 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. July 29 at a residence along Weingartner Road in the township.

Police said someone entered the resident and took the items.
