Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Skye Hanna, 18, Camden, Delaware, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident June 12 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Christopher Crouthamel, 19, Camden, Delaware, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident June 12 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

DUI: Danielle Blair, 44, Palmerton, was charged with two counts DUI and careless driving, for an incident May 12 at Mauch Chunk Road and Hillside Avenue.

Andrew Arnold, 25, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, general lighting requirements, and careless driving, for an incident May 28 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Theft: Andrew Ringler, 19, Palmerton, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident May 4 in the 300 block of Avenue A.

A 16-year-old Blakeslee boy was charged with retail theft, for an incident June 15 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maximum gross weight: Luiz Abreu Jr, 37, Newark, New Jersey, and Sergio Dacosta-Ribeiro, 50, Kearny, New Jersey, were charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 26 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Jose Pereyra, 46, New York, New York, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 28 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for speeding, two for traffic violations, and one for vehicle violation.
