A Monroe County driver was killed in a head-on crash at 8:26 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Yellowstone and Palisades drives in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said vehicles operated by Dany Felix, 29, of Pocono Summit, and Abdiel Flores, 19, of Lakewood, New Jersey, collided head-on in the intersection.

Felix was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, where he was pronounced dead. The state police report did not indicate what, if any, injuries Flores sustained.

The report said the crash is still under investigation.
