Architectural Polymers gets conditional plan approval to add building

A Lower Towamensing business that wants to add a building on its property got the green light by Carbon County.

On Tuesday, the county planning commission voted to recommend conditional plan approval for Architectural Polymers’ proposed land development at 1220 Little Gap Road.

The plans call for constructing a 10,000-square-foot building and accessory storage garages at its current facility at that location.

Ivan O. Meixell, county planner, outlined a few minor areas to the plan that need to be addressed before final approval should be granted.
