Inaugural Bonnie & Clyde Outlaw Beer Festival

On July 21, Bonnie & Clyde’s Pub & Grill, in downtown Lehighton, will be hosting its Inaugural Bonnie & Clyde Outlaw Beer Festival.

The proceeds from this event will go to the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development and the Lehighton Downtown Initiative to help with the revitalization of the downtown. Organizers would like to see the money used for facade improvement, sidewalk beautification and streetscape design for First Street businesses.

With parks, housing, restaurants, retail and arts all in one place — each downtown becomes a destination to visit with things to see and do. This event creates grass roots coordination, community investment and, most importantly, community pride.

Tickets are now on sale for this event, and are available at www.bonnieandclydepubandgrill.com as well as through the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development website at www.lehighvalleychamber.org/carbon.html.

Ticket price includes souvenir glass, samplings of 10 breweries, Radical wine and Gallow Hill Spirits, two bands, corn hole and a free kids activity tent. Ticket holders will have access to the beer garden, which will be located on First Street, directly in front of the restaurant.

The park will be open to all ages with vendors, kids activity tent, music and more. The restaurant will also be open for those wishing to dine in.
