Partel claims the 440 (1:00.8) and 880 (2:30.5), and teams with Debbie Grohotolski, Ellen Kleintop, and Debbie Kurtz to win the 880 medley relay (1:54.5). Slatington’s Steffany Marlatt takes second in two events (discus, javelin), while other runner-up finishes come from Lehighton’s Ruth Ann Henning (440) and Palmerton’s Thomasine Wargo (long jump).
