Richard and Barbara Frey of Palmerton are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married April 26, 1958, in Palmerton.

Mrs. Frey is the former Barbara Petkus, daughter of the late Sadie and Alexander Petkus of Palmerton. Her husband is the son of the late Marlin and Helen Frey.

The Freys have two children: Robert and his wife, Lisa; and Ronald and his wife, Tanya.

They have six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
