Lehighton Police Department reported a total of 43 offenses for the month of March, including; 11 for DUI; four for harassment; three each for resisting arrest and theft by unlawful taking; two each for disorderly conduct; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of methamphetamine; possession of suboxone; possession of delivery of marijuana; retail theft; and terroristic threats; and one each for simple assault; endangering welfare of a child; flight to avoid apprehension; indecent assault; possession of heroin; possession of marijuana; possession with intent to manufacture or deliver heroin; and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine.
