Rabies clinic set in Jim Thorpe

The Carbon County Friends of Animals will host a spring rabies and vaccination clinic from noon to 3 p.m. on May 6 in the white modular behind the shelter at 77 W. 13th St., Jim Thorpe.

The organization will be offering rabies and distemper vaccines at $15 per shot per animal.

All dogs must be on leashes and cats in carriers. If animals are not leashed or in carriers, they will not be permitted on the property. No early birds will be accepted.

All proceeds from the clinic will benefit CCFOA.
