Summit Hill police report on incidents

Summit Hill police reported on the following incidents in the borough.

• A borough truck plowing snow was struck by a vehicle on March 21 while the borough streets were being plowed. Police said Tyler Trudich, 23, of Summit Hill, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed. Police said he was driving a Jeep Cherokee that went out of control and struck the snow plow truck. No one was injured.

• Summit Hill police cited Luz Maldonado, 26, of Summit Hill, for possession of drug paraphernalia after responding to a disturbance on March 1 at an apartment in the borough. Police said when they arrived there they detected an odor of marijuana emanating from inside Maldonado’s apartment and later detected the paraphernalia that the woman admitted belonged to her.

• A Summit Hill man was cited twice in March by borough police for driving while his license is suspended. Police said Seth Krynock, 22, was stopped on March 24 and 26 by police who observed him driving and knew his license is suspended.

• Summit Hill police cited Kayla Evert, 24, of Lansford, on March 18 for harassment. Police said she repeatedly contacted and annoyed the victim.
