The Tamaqua Area Community Theater will present “Snow White and the Dancing Dwarfs” on April 13 and April 14 at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine St. in Tamaqua.

This adaptation of the Grimm Brothers fairy tale has all the beloved characters, but with a twist. In addition to vocal performances, the characters have their own dance scenes, especially the dwarfs, with each performing a different style of dance.

Matt Poirier will direct. Aimee Hull serves as musical director. The play was written by Ken Jones, Christine Jones and Jamey Strawn.

Shows will be at 7 p.m. on April 13 and at 2 and 7 p.m. on April 14.
