The 41st annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Stroudsburg will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. The parade will lead off from Stroudsburg High School. Jim Cahill, an investor in Pocono Manor, is the grand marshal. The parade is organized by the Pocono Irish American Club, a volunteer-run organization.
