No injuries in Lansford dwelling fire

Multiple fire companies responded to a three-alarm fire Friday night at a house in Lansford.

Firefighters responded to a call to the house at 401-403 East Abbott St. just before 9 p.m. for a working dwelling fire.

Scanner reports indicated there was heavy black smoke coming from the home.

No injuries were reported.

Also assisting at the scene were Summit Hill, Nesquehoning, Coaldale, Mahoning, Tamaqua, West Penn and Tuscarora fire departments.
