Schuylkill County court — probation revocations

Judge James P. Goodman revoked the probations of Schuylkill Haven woman charged by Rush Township police.

, 29, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property on Feb. 9, 2016.

She was placed on probation on Nov. 30, 2016, but failed to comply with the terms.

Goodman revoked her probation and sentenced her to three to 12 months in jail, with 24 days credit for time served.

He also ordered her to get drug and alcohol counseling.

Judge John E. Domalakes revoked the probation of David R. Zerby Jr.

, 28, of Barnesville, and sentenced him to six to 12 months in jail.

He was charged by Pottsville police with carrying a gun without a license on Jan. 3, 2015.

Zerby pleaded guilty on June 17, 2015, to carrying a firearm without a license. An additional charge of carrying a gun without a license, and possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license were dropped.

Domalakes sentenced him to 48 days to 12 months in jail.

On July 22, 2016, he was charged, again by Pottsville police, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

He pleaded guilty on Feb. 22, 2016, to the paraphernalia charge.

Domalakes sentenced him to 12 months on probation.
