A testimonial dinner honoring Frank Arieta of Nesquehoning was held Saturday evening in the Lansford Elks Lodge, sponsored by the Panther Valley Chapter of UNICO. Arieta is the immediate past president of the organization.

President James Nardozzi opened the program. attorney Joseph Greco was the toastmaster. Remarks were offered by Mayor George Demetriades of Lansford, District Gov. John Polumbo, state Rep. John Bonner and the Rt. Rev. Monsignor Agnello Angelini, chaplain of the local chapter.

The committee that planned the event consisted of Pat Damico, Michael Rego and Nicholas Marino.
