Palmerton Police Department released information about the following incidents:

DUI:

Devon Weiseman, 24, Catasauqua, was charged with three counts of DUI, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operation of vehicle without certificate of inspection, for an incident Aug. 6 at Delaware Avenue and Route 248.

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

Paul Blose, 29, Palmerton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, for an incident July 5 in the 100 block of Avenue A.

Derick Hymans, 25, Lehighton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, for an incident Aug. 31 at Third Street and Alley E.

Public drunkenness:

Joshua Mertz, 40, Palmerton, was charged with public drunkenness, for an incident Sept. 15 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal mischief:

Leanna Altemose, 31, Palmerton, was charged with criminal mischief, for an incident Sept. 14 in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.

Maximum gross weight:

Joshua Levy, 22, Milford, and Daniel Palacio-Arango, 31, Randolph, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight.

Citations:

Police also issued three citations each for traffic violations and vehicle violations.
