A homeless Tamaqua couple was cited three times in one day by Tamaqua police.

Daniel M. Waldron, 34, and Valerie K. Waldron, 37, were cited for trespassing and for violating the borough's brown bag ordinance on Sept. 20.At 1:50 p.m. the couple was found trespassing at 247 E. Broad St.At 2:10 p.m. they walked through Remaly Manufacturing on Cedar Street having been warned at least eight times in the past to stay off the property for their own safety.From there they picked up a case of Budweiser beer and drank it, out in the open, at the rear of the Tamaqua High Rise, 222 E. Broad St.
