Have you ever wanted to make a little kid's day being their hero? Or scare the heck out of someone? This is your chance, join Stroud Region Open Space and Recreation Commission as we host our second annual haunted trail event.

We are looking for individuals or groups to volunteer in numerous different ways. Want to be a character or build and run a theme area or station? How about being a trail guide chuckling to yourself knowing when the scares are coming and watching everyone else jump out of their skin? Or simply want to help out with set up and take down? Let us know ASAP if this appeals to you and you'd like to join in the fun and joy of pulling off this event.This unique event is actually two events in one. The Friendly Trail is 5-6:30 p.m. and the Haunted Trail is 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at Zacharias Pond Park. The rain date is Oct. 29 at the same times.Setup times will vary.
