State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the following incidents.

• A criminal mischief incident happened between 2 and 3 p.m. Sept. 2 at Pause for Bears, Interchange Road, Polk Township, when someone vandalized merchandise inside the store.• A white Apple iPhone in a gold and black case was found inside Frank's Pizzeria in Kresgeville at 10:39 a.m. Sept. 10. Anyone with information pertaining to the phone can contact state police at 610-681-1850.• An incident of harassment that happened at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 100 block of Penn Drive, Towamensing Township, is under investigation. Police said the accused is a woman from Lehighton and the victim is a man from Lehighton. The two were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical.• A 49-year-old woman from Lower Towamensing Township is the victim of identity theft incidents. State police said the incidents happened between 12:30-2:22 p.m. Sept. 12 at two locations, one in Springfield Township, Bucks County, and the other in Bethlehem. Police said an unidentified actor used the victim's bank debit card information without the victim's permission or knowledge.• A 49-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as a result of an incident between 8 p.m. Sept. 8 and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 9 in Bowmanstown. State police said the victim is a 36-year-old woman from Jim Thorpe. The incident happened ata White Street location in Bowmanstown when then man took the victim's vehicle and refused to return it after having been contacted several times by the victim and asked for the car back.• Joan Pellegrino, 69, of Kunkletown, was cited by state police with harassment following a domestic disturbance at 9

p.m.Saturday along Koch Road in Towamensing Township. The victim is a 77-year-old man from Kunkletown.• John Marcikonis, 42, of Lehighton, was cited for harassment following an incident at 7

p.m.Friday at Mooney's Motel, State Road, Franklin Township.The victim is a 29-year-old woman. Police said it is alleged Marcikonis spit on the victim.• A 33-year-old woman from Kunkletown will be cited for harassment following a domestic dispute at 10:46

p.m.Thursdayat a Temple Court, Polk Township, location. The victim is a 38-year-old man who said that during a verbal argument with the woman, she engaged in physical contact toward him.Police said she will have to answer the citation in District Court 43-4-03.
