PennDOT has announced the schedule for construction on the open-grate steel bridge in Weatherly.

Drivers should expect lane restrictions starting Sept. 25 through late December.

According to PennDOT, East Main Street will be restricted between Wilbur Street and West Main Street. The restriction will be in place 24/7 through December 21.

Oversized vehicles will be restricted to 12 feet wide at times during construction.

PennDOT intends to do repair and maintenance on the span, according to a press release. We will post more details as they become available.
