Man faces disorderly conduct charge

A Nesquehoning man is facing two counts of disorderly conduct after police found his clothing in the street and him yelling at neighbors.

Justin Oppelt, 25, of West Railroad Street, was charged by Nesquehoning police on Aug. 1.Police were dispatched to Oppelt's home for a domestic disturbance in the street.When officers arrived, they found Oppelt pacing in the street with his shirt off and yelling at a woman on a nearby porch. The female yelled back but stopped after the officer asked they lower their voices. Oppelt continued to yell.When asked if the clothes that were laying on the sidewalk were his, he said that "apparently he was in the process of moving out." He continued to pace around the street and yell. He finally picked up the clothing and complied with the officer's request after being told several times.
