It began with a prayer and the singing of "God Bless America." President Irene Hudasky conducted the meeting.Plans are being made for the indoor picnic and Chinese auction which will be held Sept. 25.The next meeting will be Monday at St. John's Slovak Lutheran Church Social Hall beginning at 1 p.m. Doors will open at noon.
