A valid driver's license or state ID with address proving residency in the West End is required.Post installationThe American Legion Post 927 will install its incoming officers with a ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday in the main hall of the Legion home on Route 209 and Fairgrounds Road in Gilbert.
