A Carbon County man was jailed on Thursday afternoon following an incident with a bow and arrow.
State police at Lehighton said Jacob James Harris, 26, of Lehighton, went to a residence onForest Street, Towamensing Township, about 3:50 p.m. with a bow and razor tipped arrows. He then allegedly threatened to shoot the animals on the victim's property and also shoot the victim.Troopers said Harris also damaged the victim's 2013 Ford F150 pickup and Honda UTV utility vehicle.Harris was taken into custody, and arraigned before a district judge on aggravated assault, terroristic threats and related charges and committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning after failing to post ball.The investigation into the incident is continuing.
