Meixell, county planner, outlined a few areas that need to addressed in the proposed land development that do not conform to the township's land development ordinances. Many of the items were minor, including a signed statement from the surveyor and certification of ownership. The commission did recommend approval of three waivers, including a traffic impact study due to the minimal traffic generated by the project; a lighting plan; and an environmental resources site design assessment.Meixell told the developer that if these issues are resolved with the township, the county would need a letter and then be able to recommend approval.Other plansThe county planning commission also made recommendations on six other proposals in the county, including:• Mark A. and Patricia E.
