Disorderly conduct: Stephen Meleschuk, 58, Whitehall, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for an incident Aug. 5 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Harassment: Tiffany Hittner, 35, Palmerton, was charged with harassment.Maximum gross weight: Citations for maximum gross weight were issued to the following: Luciano Gomes, 48, Rutherford, New Jersey; Edward Molina, 45, Belleville, New Jersey; Jorge-Parra, 42, Cliffside Park, New Jersey; Carlos Ortiz, 41, Newark, New Jersey; Ramon Vasquez, 37, Randolph, New Jersey; Robert Schweer, 39, Mount Bethel; Fernando Vasquez Jr., 31, Dover, New Jersey; Jose Martinez-Martinez, 40, Hackettstown, New Jersey; Mauro Koehler, 45, Newark, New Jersey;Libardo Massoguzman, 57, Staten Island, New Jersey; Edward-Munoz, 30, Wharton, New Jersey; Jonathon Roa, 32, Wharton, New Jersey; and Rafael German, 39, Garfield, New Jersey.Citations: Police also issued seven citations for vehicle violations; four for traffic violations; and one for speeding.
