A program that empowers students to take responsibility to make a difference will be created in the Northern Lehigh School District.

The school board unanimously agreed on Monday to approve the request of the senior high administration to create an Aevidum Club.The club encourages acceptance, and discourages harassment/bullying by promoting a supportive team-oriented attitude.The club will meet once a month, and there will be no cost to the district.Aevidum comes from the Latin word "vid," which means "life," and is interpreted to mean "I've got your back!"
