A Monroe County man has been cited for indecent exposure, following an incident on July 4.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on July 17 officers received a complaint of a person exposing himself on July 4 along Ventnor Drive in Tobyhanna.The person making the complaint, a neighbor of the suspect, said she observed Vance Paul Hein, 65, of Tobyhanna, outside on his deck nude in the afternoon. She said that she, family and friends were outside when they saw Hein.The investigation led police to obtaining a warrant for Hein. He voluntarily surrendered to officers and was arraigned before a district judge who set bail at $50,000 percentage. Hein was unable to post bail and was committed to the county prison in Snydersville.
