Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:Ryan Cain, 49, Lehighton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 25 in the 600 block of Lehigh Avenue.Jesse Kline, 28, Bethlehem, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 28 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conduct:Dolores Zaya, 54, Palmerton, was charged with resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, while Orlando Zaya, 63, Palmerton, was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident May 16 in the 500 block of Lehigh Avenue.Glennis Park, 32, Palmerton, was charged with loitering and prowling at night and disorderly conduct, for an incident July 9 in the 400 block of Lehigh Avenue. Also that day, Park was charged with loitering and prowling at night and disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Avenue B, as well as theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief, for an incident July 9 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents:Daniel Behler, 37, Palmerton, was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection, and registration and certificate of title required, for an incident June 1 at Avenue A and Second Street.DUI:Rafael Rodriguez, 32, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, unlawful activities, and windshield obstructions and other materials prohibited, for an incident May 17 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.Kyle Knauss, 21, Lehighton, was charged with two counts of DUI and windshield obstructions and other materials prohibited, for an incident March 24 at Linden Street and Princeton Avenue.Michele Heberling, 25, Slatington, was charged with DUI, speeding and careless driving, for an incident July 16 on Route 248 east.Maximum gross weight:Hector Coronel, 52, WestNew York, New Jersey,charged with maximum gross weight and driving on divided highways, for an incident July 24 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Jerome Craighead, 32, Mount Arlington, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 26 at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.Plantila Claros, 45, Budd Lake, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 26 in the 700 block of Delaware Avenue.Cristina Rodriguez, 43, Randolph, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 26 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Gerardo Vega, 56, Secaucus, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 26 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations:Police also issued seven citations for traffic violations, four for speeding.
