State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents.

• Adriane Marie Rogers, 29, no address given, will be charged with retail theft. She entered the Goodwill store in the Cressona Mall on July 8 and removed items without paying for them. This is Rogers' second retail theft.• State police investigated a two-vehicle crash at 10:05 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Route 61 and Mount Carbon Arch Road in North Manheim Township. Troopers said Joan E. Cake, 75, of Schuylkill Haven, was driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty northbound on Route 61 while Christine M. Disabella, 44, of Pottsville, was driving a 2003 Chrysler Voyager southbound on Mount Carbon Arch Road. At the intersection, Cake suffered a medical incident which caused her to "black out." Her vehicle entered the intersection and was struck by Disabella's vehicle. The front of the Voyager struck the right side of the Liberty. Upon impact the Liberty spun clockwise for about 15 feet and came to rest facing southeast. The impact caused the right rear tire on the Voyager to come off and land along the berm. Both drivers were injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pottsville Campus.• A hit-and-run crash was reported on July 5 at 6:14 a.m. along Wilder Street in Cressona. Troopers said a 2009 GMC Sierra was legally parked within a construction zone when an unknown vehicle sideswiped it, pushing the GMC slightly east causing extensive damages to the driver's side. The hit-and-run vehicle also struck a "road closed" sign before the driver fled the scene.
