Perich scatters six hits and strikes out four batters. Denny Rehrig collects two hits, one a double, while the winners also receive multiple hits from both Jimmy Kunkle and Bill Kunkle. The title was Lehighton's fourth in a row. For the Tamaqua Travelers, Ed Tarconish and Dave Malkin finish with two hits apiece.
