Felicia-Sue Anthony, a senior at Lehighton Area High School and president of the recently chartered Lehighton Area Leos Club, is currently in Gettysburg, attending the Pennsylvania Lions All-State Band camp. After a few days in Gettysburg, the band will travel to Chicago, where it will perform at the 100th anniversary of Lions International Convention. While in Chicago, the band will also participate in a parade to celebrate Lions International. Anthony will be playing flute for the concert and saxophone for the parade. In May the band performed at the Pennsylvania Lions State Convention held in Seven Springs. Anthony participated there as well. She is a Lehighton Area Indian Pride Band member. She is the daughter of Sue and Richard Anthony of Franklin Township. CONTRIBUTED PHOTO
