The Friends of Kibler School has begun its annual summer program featuring members of the community discussing topics of interest.
The program, "Three Thursdays in July," will continue at 7 p.m. this Thursday at the Kibler One-Room School Museum at 6495 Pohopoco Drive, Lehighton.Carbon County Sheriff Tony Harvilla, will speak Thursday about the work of the sheriff's department and the challenges facing the Department.On July 27, Carol O'Brien will speak about the valuation of collectibles and antiques.The programs are followed by refreshments under the trees.The programs are free.
