A Schuylkill County man has been charged with criminal trespass for entering onto a property owned by his former wife.

State police at Frackville said Eric Felegie, 39, of Weatherly, was found in the home of his ex-wifeon Lower Street in Morea, Mahanoy Township, at 11 p.m. Friday.Felegie had not lived at the house since March. That incident was handled by Mahanoy Township police who ordered him to leave the property.Several hours later Felegie returned to retrieve a vest he had left at the scene. Finding no one at home and the door ajar, he retrieved the vest from inside. He then went toanother Lower Street property in Morea, a condemned home also owned by his ex-wife, and entered that property to sleep on the floor overnight.
