Palmerton Police reported on the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Steven Swartz, 28, Palmerton, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, for an incident July 6 in the 100 block of Avenue A.Criminal trespass: Glennis Park, 27, Palmerton, was charged with criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, theft from a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property, for an incident that occurred between June 28-29 in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.Theft: Heather Cebrosky, 28, Palmerton, was charged with retail theft, for an incident May 20 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Investigation by police officers: Alex Hummel, 19, Palmerton, was charged with investigation by police officers, for an incident July 8 at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.Maximum gross weight: Ruth Ordonez, 49, Bloomfield, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 6 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Eduardo Santos, 39, Lodi, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 6 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.John Palalto, 50, Dover, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident July 6 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.
