Coaldale Police have filed charges against a Coaldale man who reportedly sold drugs to and accepted free cigarettes from a cashier at Pappy's Mini Mart on Water Street. The cashier, Christina Musser, was also charged in the April 21 incident, with details published in the July 10 edition.

William Joseph Mills, 47, of East High Street, Coaldale, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.Mills sold Musser 10 Oxycodone pills, which she paid for with cash from the business register. He also took a pack of cigarettes from the clerk as part of his payment.
