The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Jerry Breck III, 34, of Coaldale, was indicted on July 11, by a federal grand jury for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
According to United States Attorney Bruce D. Brandler, Beck was found in possession of approximately 200 grams of methamphetamine at his home on July 5.The charges stem from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Pennsylvania State Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Evan Gotlob is prosecuting the case.The defendant is facing a mandatory minimum of five years and maximum of 40 years in prison and a $5,000,000 maximum fine and lifetime maximum supervised release.
