The Summit Hill Heritage Center held its annual 4th of July reading of the Declaration of Independence today, along with other historical documents such as the Gettysburg Address, and Patrick Henry's reconstructed speech.

Summit Hill Councilman David Wargo and Debra Ranck from the Summit Hill Heritage Center's leadership took turns to read the historical accounts, after a brief historical background introduction from Wargo.
