Kimberly Hons, 37, of Mahanoy City: Charged by McAdoo police with driving under the influence - third offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding, careless driving, and DUI on Dec. 31, 2015.

She pleaded guilty to DUI and speeding. President Judge William E. Baldwin deferred sentencing.
