A Schuylkill County man has been charged following an incident involving loud music and a gun.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred at 4:38 p.m. Sunday in the area of 114 Broad St., in Arnot's Addition village in New Castle Township.Troopers said Robert Woollam, 76, became upset about music being played by his neighbor, Samuel Steffie, 46. He then approached Steffie in his backyard armed with a rifle. Woollam pointed the rifle at Steffie and demanded that he turn down the music. Steffie then returned to his home and called police.Troopers said Woollam has been charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
