A Schuylkill County man was killed as the result of a violent head-on crash along Route 309 in Lynn Township Friday morning.

Lehigh County Deputy Coroner Cassie Schiffner pronounced Dennis Bray, 67, of Andreas, dead at 9:20 a.m. at the scene of the crash.An autopsy was scheduled to be performed todayto determine the exact cause of death.The incident occurred at around 8:33 a.m. Friday on Route 309, south of Gun Club Road, when the vehicle Bray was driving collided with another vehicle.The Lehigh County Coroner's Office and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
