State police at Lehighton are investigating a reported theft by deception incident.

Troopers said a 19-year-old woman from East Sunset Road in East Penn Township, Carbon County, paid for a dog online but the dog has yet to be delivered.The incident was reported onMonday at 7:57 p.m.
