Tamaqua Borough workers and fire department personnel begin hanging a banner for the Tamaqua Has Heart community art project.

The banner will remain across the first block of East Broad Street until after the Sept. 28 gala, when the fiberglass hearts will be auctioned.

A walking tour and meet and greet is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today.
