Mauch Chunk Trust will sponsor the baseball and little league field boards. Mary Enck Realty will sponsor the multipurpose field score board. The sponsorships total $10,205. There is still $4,350 needed to cover the controllers, carrying cases and shipping. The township agreed to pay those fees. The committee has also successfully sold 21 outfield banners to businesses from the area. The money from the banners will be used by the committee to help cover smaller day to day operating costs. The parks and recreation committee will be holding a Massing of the Colors at 10:30 a.m. June 17 in honor of Flag Day.
