A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 12:47 a.m. on Sunday.

State police at Frackville said Joshua A. Rudzinski, 30, of Shenandoah, was stopped along Route 54 in Mahanoy Township, just east of Shenandoah, for a traffic violation.He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test showed him over the legal limit of 0.08 percent. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
