Carin Elizabeth Hubbard, 28, who state police at the Frackville barracks said is homeless, was arrested and jailed on May 31 when police were summoned to investigate a theft by unlawful taking or disposition case.

The victim is a 37-year-old man from Gordon.Police said the woman was found to be in possession of a stolen key fob from Sosnoski Automotive in Girardville, after which time she confessed as to how she took the fob and intended to steal a vehicle.She was arraigned and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville, in lieu of $15,000 bail.
