Kresgeville man faces drug charges

A Kresgeville man is facing drug dealing charges.

Anthony Pellegrino, 38, was arrested after an alleged drug deal at the Exxon station in Chestnuthill Township.Police arranged for an informant to purchase one quarter ounce of methamphetamine from Pellegrino on Jan. 30.After the transaction was completed, the informant gave police a bag containing 455 grams of a substance. However a NIK test came back negative for methamphetamine. Police said a lab test is pending.On May 19, Pellegrino waived his right to a preliminary hearing, meaning the charges will now go to Common Pleas Court. He is out on $10,000 unsecured bail.
