State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an incident in which someone put several bags of household garbage into a dumpster located behind St. Luke's Clinic, 2599 Route 903, in Penn Forest Township.

The suspect is a black man who was driving a brown Kia Sedona with New York registration HPD7918. The car is a Hertz rental vehicle, troopers said.The incident occurred around 2 p.m. on May 2.
